We live in an intensely diverse world. Each person and each unique skin tone on this earth deserves respect. But, all too often people feel marginalized and discriminated against due to the shade of their skin. This is especially true for people with Albinism.

In order to bring awareness to the astonishing level of discrimination that those with Albinism encounter, the fashion show Proudly Albino was organized. Proudly Albino took place in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo on October 24th. The show was centered around bringing awareness about the variety of issues pertaining to Albinism, and was a fantastic representation of what it means to love the skin you're in.

Below are photos from the fashion show.
